In our first meeting we will define the goals of the video, the target audience and intended media channels. You will describe the typical customer journey of your client. We will discuss first ideas of production tools and assets (f.i. presenter, animation, report) in hindsight of emotional response, impact and budget.

What kind of experience do you have with video content? A collection of visual material will help define the desired tone and style. Do you already have examples in mind? Reference videos? Pictures? Illustrations? Statistics? Mood boards or even a storyboard?

We will then define the goals and a target budget with a short description of the project and a calculation. Budgets are always adaptable and negotiable. Once we have fixed this first outline we will develop a script and storyboard in an iterative process of mutual understanding. During this process we need your constructive feedback at several stages. In every stage we want to ensure alignment with our clients’ vision.
